Pets Welcome! We know they are part of the family. River Crossing Apartments is proud to offer pet-friendly apartments for rent in Thunderbolt. Take advantage of our pet park with its shady playground for your pet. Pet Policy We do not allow aggressive breeds, including but not limited to: Pit Bulls, Rottweliers, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepards or Akitas. There is a one time non-refundable dog fee of $500 and a cat fee of $300 and a monthly $10 pet rent per pet. We love our animals, but we ask that you follow our policy of 2 pets maximum.
